I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to H&H - I truely believe that they must be one of the best companies I have come across in the UK. Their customer service has been excellent - to the extent of actually testing out whether a toilet I had ordered fitted a Saniflo unit before they delivered it and finding a suitable alternative that worked when it didn't. (They even got it changed it in time for my delivery date). Their prices were the best I could find, the delivery was able to be arranged for a specific date that suited me and the quality of the furniture is as good as it comes. I will use then for all my bathroom need from now on. Many, many thanks.

Hi Sophie. Thank you very much for the efficient way you handled the exchange of the shower door. The first was delivered quickly and efficiently but through no fault of your own it was delivered damaged. I did not discover this until three weeks later but you, without any questions, ararnged for a replacement to be dispatched almost immediately. I rarely post comments regarding purchases made online from a company, (believing that good service should be the ‘norm’). However, my experience with H&H Bathrooms is worthy of particular note. I purchased three sets of taps, together with other accessories, for a ‘new-fit’ bathroom. The day after the funds cleared from my bank, I had contact with ‘Johnny’ by telephone from H&H. He supplied me with tracking details for the items which duly arrived the same day. (Nothing unusual so far). On checking the items, all were in order except a monoblock mixer tap which had been damaged in transit. Having spoken with Johnny only an hour before, I called H&H and informed him of the problem. Not only did Johnny take my word (sight unseen) for the damage. He also immediately told me that he would arrange a replacement to be sent PRIOR to collection of the damaged unit. (That is very unusual these days!) About an hour later Johnny called me and told me that to ‘save my time, and allow me to continue with fitting out my bathroom’, he had arranged for the tap manufacturers to courier the unit DIRECT from their warehouse to me! (Wow!!) A couple of days later, ‘Sophie’ called me from H&H and informed me that the unit would be with me the same day. And it was!. (She even gave me the courier drivers mobile number in case I should need to call him) (Wow again!) I will definitely be using this company again after experiencing customer support of this calibre! In my view, what makes a company GOOD is the service they give… What makes a company GREAT is what they do if things go wrong…. This IS a GREAT company. Thank you so much. Regards… Dave.

Dear Johnny,

Your prompt reply to my query, together with the excellent service I received when I recently purchased a RR bathroom cabinet from your company, has led to my placing an order a few minutes ago for not only the towel ring that I enquired about, but also five other items in the RR bathroom accessories range that you stock.

Good service seems so rare nowadays that it deserves to be recognised and disseminated.

I shall shortly be embarking on the refurbishment of another bathroom and a cloakroom at my home and shall definitely be reviewing your very user-friendly online catalogue with a view to making further purchases in due course.

Wonderful service! Here's what happened to me. I bought a bath from H & H then, because of the refurbishment schedule, was only able to try it in the bathroom three months later. Shock horror - too small!!! I telephoned H & H. No problem. They would happily take the unused one back and send a larger one. Sophie did the delivery and collection for me at cost and a couple of days later the new one arrived. In short, three months after I had purchased it, H & H relieved me of the problem of what to do with the small bath and supplied a larger one. And they did all that for just the difference in the prices of the two baths: £1.20.
