What should I check before I make my order?
It is very important to check measurements before you order. As well as widths and depths, also check heights, especially if your ordering a shower enclosure (remember to add the height of the tray to the height of the enclosure). Check your doorways and stairways - can you get that bath into your bathroom? If your using a plumber it might be worth discussing it with them to ensure that you also order any specialist parts they may need to complete the job.
Is it safe to order using the H & H Bathrooms website?
Yes. Your details are encrypted and payment is processed on a secure page using the Protx payment system (look for the logo on the bottom left hand side of our site). You will also notice a solid gold key or a closed padlock at the bottom of your internet browser indicating that the site is secure.
Can all your products be ordered online?
In most cases they can. However if the item is not on our site we will endeavor to obtain it from our suppliers. All you need to do is either email or call us to let us know what you are looking for.
Can I see your products before I order?
We have a lot of products displayed in our showroom, but as you can expect, it is limited compared to what we have on offer on our website. If you are traveling a distance to see a particular product, we recommend that you telephone first to confirm we do have that product on display.
This depends on the weight of your order and where it is to be delivered.
We deliver throughout mainland UK. We may be able to deliver to other areas by special arrangement. Where we have large goods (which have to be delivered by large lorries) we can only deliver to addresses with suitable access. The driver may also need some assistance if this is the case. If you require more information regarding delivery please email or phone us.
If I place an order how long will it take to come?
Orders are not normally dispatched until all the items ordered are in stock. Orders containing only standard weight stock items are normally delivered within 4 days. Although we strive to deliver the goods within 4 days, occasionally delays happen: transportation issues, stock availability etc, will slow things down.
I’ve placed my order - what happens next?
You will receive an automatic email response within a few minutes. By the end of the working day, a member of our staff will have checked your order. You will then receive a email confirmation of your order. Please check the confirmation carefully and advise us immediately if any of the details are incorrect.
When should I book my plumber?
Please wait until all your goods have been delivered, and you have checked them to ensure everything is correct and nothing is damaged. We always endeavor to deliver within the anticipated time scales, but sometimes situations arise which are outside our control and occasionally breakages do occur in transit.
What if my goods are not ready when anticipated?
Occasionally delays do occur which are outside our control, such as manufacturing delays, transport problems etc. If we become aware that an item is likely to be considerably delayed, then we may offer to dispatch the rest of your order separately, with the delayed item following as soon as it becomes available. Alternatively you may cancel or order an alternative item.
What if an item is found to be damaged on delivery?
Let us know immediately so that a replacement can be put on order for you.

What if I change my mind after I have ordered?

Yes. All our products are guaranteed against faulty materials or workmanship for 12 months from date of delivery, or any longer period given by the manufacturer.
If you are expecting a heavy item (which will take several people to lift or move) please ensure you have the manpower available. We are unable to assit in the movement of heavy items as this is the customers responsibility.
